Sevenesque Roadster – Caterham 7

WINGUARD had this incredible 7 in for custom wrapping on the nose, side body and rear guards. Watching our installers template and wrap this roadster gave me an opportunity to research what’s so special about this car. There are tons of reviews and videos available online that feature the Caterham, and for good reason. It is an absolutely thrilling and pure driving experience.

The vehicle arrived here as the paintwork had just been re-finished on the nose and guards, (which was the optimal time to preserve the paintwork with PPF as it was perfectly finished). Headlights were also wrapped, they are a
‘leading edge’, and the PPF will now prevent them from chipping and oxidizing.

The Sevenesque is particularly thrilling as driving it places you retrospectively on a 1960’s racetrack, close to the road, close to the exhaust, and with a whopping 516 up to 975 bhp per ton depending on model variation. This is achieved as most models weigh around the 510 kg mark.

I want one.

Performante Perfection

WINGUARD continues to protect the most incredible marques on our roads today including these Huracán LP 640-4 Performantes. These are the latest that we have worked on, all are full car PPF wraps, and why wouldn’t you? The paintwork deserves to be protected in the best way possible… with the world’s leading paint protection films.

Lamborghini replaced their famous V10 Gallardos with the Huracán series in 2014 and the Performate debuted in 2017.

Performantes will be remembered as one of the greatest cars ever in years to come. Every millimetre of these 640 hp naturally aspirated super-cars has been considered by Lamborghini engineers and designers. Comfort, style and performance have all been perfectly synchronized.

Believe it or not, the only minor concern with this ride is that there may be too many options to consider… but let’s just wish to have that “problem”.

Hurucan Performante even broke through the previous 7+ second lap records at the famous Nürburgring track last year with a lap time of 00:06:51:01, the first super-car to do so. So they’re insanely quick.

What makes this car so special is that every single box has been ticked to the point that I dare you to fault it. The car handles like it was meant to be driven, sticks to the road when you don’t think it will, has loads options and is a technical marvel whilst flaunting quinta stella style and a stomping 442lb-ft of pure torque.

When the Italians get nervous of British style and engineering… Introducing the McLaren 720S 2018

This supercar turns heads, corners and opinions of speed connoisseurs all over the globe. It’s the all-new 720s, McLaren’s replacement for the 750s.

Fully loaded with up to $180000 worth of options available, this McLaren has virtually answered every enthusiast’s ‘wish list’. Power options 370-537hp, this is one of the fastest machines currently available in Australia.

There is no doubt about it, this is an exceptionally styled car. I’m quite sure that the Italian car competitors who are known for their elegance and style, are at least, slightly nervous. Both the interior and exterior display design excellence…with usable functionality! There are more windows on this model also, which is always helpful.

Spirit of Ecstacy in Full Flight – Rolls Royce WRAITH 2017

Rolls Royce ‘Wraith’ by name but certainly not insubstantial by nature, the name ‘Wraith’ denotes grace, power and spirit. WINGUARD has been working on a full car PPF to ensure our client has perfect paintwork for years to come.

The Rolls Royce Wraith is rated at 624 horsepower and elegantly reaches speeds up to 250kmph electronically regulated. The nearly 17 feet long stately ride has yet again merged all the classic Rolls Royce styling into a technological 8-speed automatic.

XPEL DAP Database templates were ‘tweaked’ for an uncompromisable fit. The ‘difficulty’ technical rating to install this PPF is a 10/10 and was skillfully achieved by our National experts.

Edges are hidden where technically possible, to make the PPF disappear.

Attention to detail is what wrapping is all about, to have the most seamless and invisible finish possible.

Now this vehicle has the best available paint-protection on the market. The owner can enjoy its exuberant styling and drive without chipping or scratching.

PORSCHE GT3 2018 – 2nd Generation 911 Track Orientated Road Car

This aggressively spectacular new Porsche GT3 2018 screamed into WINGUARD for a full XPEL Ultimate Paint Protection Film wrap. This track inspired 911 has more aerodynamics, traction, technology and power than ever before. The 4L, 500hp engine is heard well in advance before you even spot it.

This model has the super-fast PDK option that allows the car to shift into hyperdrive within a fraction of a second.

WINGUARD experts designed the unique inverted decals on the lower sills, which added to its exclusivity. Over the top decals were also engineered and applied.

Finally the rear spoiler was accented and the car was complete.
